Class Act - Crop & Bloom - April 24/25/26 2026
Please note: NO REFUNDS will be guaranteed due to cancelations. If we can find a replacement we will do our best to offer you money back. We appreciate that things happen (family emergencies, sickness etc.) unfortunately, we are committed to paying for the space. We appreciate your understanding.
Class Act -
Date and Times:
Friday April24/26 - 2:00 to 10:00 pm
Saturday April25/26 - 9:00 am to 10:00 pm
Sunday April26/26 - 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
We will be hosting our crop at the following location:
Kingside Park
537 Tennyson Ave.
Oshawa, Ontario
A "mini-store" will be on-site. There is lots of parking and easy access to bring your items in. You can leave all of your items in the hall, as it gets locked up every night.
We will be hosting contests, prizes and a goodie bag for everyone. We will also be providing some make and takes to show you some great ideas that can be used on your projects.
You will have all of this crop time to work on whatever projects you like. Card making, scrapbooking, knitting whatever you like. We even had people doing jewel art. This weekend is All About You!
You will have a six foot table all to yourself
We will provide some delicious meals:
some snacks, coffee, tea, water or pop
Meals to be determined.
You will however have
Dinner on the Friday
Lunch and Dinner on Saturday
Lunch on Sunday
You will also have water, coffee, tea, pop supplied throughout the day.
Closer to the date we will send out a questionnaire about allergies etc. We do try and accommodate Food allergies, and of course gluten free which we have successfully been able to look after.
We try to have Wifi, but it is not guaranteed
HOTELS:
Well, we tried to reserve a block, but the hotels here are not willing to work with us to give a discounted rate.
That being said, I would strongly suggest that if you need a hotel, book as far in advance as you can online to get a great deal.
